About Me

I am a fully qualified psychotherapist based in Dublin, offering both in-person and online sessions. I hold an MA in Psychotherapy from the Centre for Counselling & Psychotherapy Education (CCPE) in London.

My own experience of therapy showed me the value of having a dedicated and compassionate space to reflect and unravel life’s challenges. This continues to shape the way I work with others today.

I have supported clients with a wide range of issues, including:

  • Anxiety and depression

  • Relationship problems

  • Addiction

  • Trauma and childhood sexual abuse

  • Identity problems, lack of meaning, and life transitions

I see therapy as a collaborative process built on trust and respect. My role is to provide a safe and confidential space for exploring challenges, patterns, and past experiences, and to help individuals begin finding new ways of living.

I hold professional liability insurance and work in accordance with the UKCP Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy, with a commitment to confidentiality.
