How does it start?

Once you contact me, I suggest a brief, complimentary call to determine if we feel we can work together. This allows you to ask questions and share a bit about what brings you to therapy at this stage in your life.

If you decide to proceed, we will arrange weekly sessions at a suitable time. The first one or two meetings are typically an initial assessment, during which we explore your background, what has led you to seek therapy, and what you hope to gain from the process. This also gives us both a sense of whether we can work effectively together.

How long is a session?

Sessions last 50 minutes and take place at the same time and location each week. I work with clients on both a short- and long-term basis, and if appropriate, we may agree to meet more than once a week.

How much is a session?

I charge 70 euro and work in Dalkey or online via Zoom

How many sessions will I need?

There is no set number of sessions. It depends on what you want to work on and the pace that feels right for you. I work on an open-ended basis, and we will review the therapy together as it unfolds.
